The first snow has officially fallen here in Chicago, and it was no little flurry-fest. I woke up yesterday to trees, cars, streets, anything that would stand still covered in a white blanket, and more is expected today. The world has slowed down and everything looks sort of magical. Before the holidays, snow is pretty nice.
