My bridesmaid dress has arrived. I had grand plans to make my dress, but Tab seemed a lot more comfortable with my buying it and getting that out of the way than with my waiting until later in the year to make it. It's not terrible; I think it even looks nice on me. I'll see if I can pick it up today, and then stash it in the closet until the big day. I think it'll be all about the accessories with this dress: some bling-encrusted earrings and a nice brooch will dress it up, and of course an original headpiece;)
