Happy Cinco de Mayo!

No, I am not Mexican, but I love holidays just as much as the next person, especially the Spring and Summer ones;)

A little history of Cinco de Mayo: the day commemorates the victory of Mexican forces over the French at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. The Mexicans were outnumbered, outgunned, and the French had barely known a defeat there for 50 years. It was a helluva day for the Mexican forces;)

So, go and break out your sombrero and whoop it up Senorita-style;) Heading off to grab some fabulous guacamole now . . .
