Lee McQueen, the creator and head designer for Alexander McQueen, was found dead today at his London home. I am shocked and deeply saddened by this. I remember when Alexander McQueen made his debut into the fashion world, and I always had a deep respect for his amazing, over-the-top, dramatic, theatrical style. His shows were different, sometimes provoking, and always pushed the envelope of the line between fashion and art. Love or hate his aesthetic, he was a genius in the world of fashion design, and he will be missed.
