I can always tell when Spring is on the way: the temperatures start to creep towards 60, buds appear on trees, the sun stays out longer, and cute shoes arrive in the stores.
I'm loving this new shoe from the Lela Rose Collection for Payless. I can't wait until that first truly Spring-like day, where everyone sheds their winter coats and eats lunch outside, and I get to wear these for the first time;)
