I'm falling in love with the yellow/grey color scheme for weddings. There's something cheerful and unbelievably chic about this. Can't you just see the cute lemon centerpieces and sunny dessert bar?

I had never thought of yellow and grey for a wedding but I love the idea. One combo I thought would be horrible but was delightful was pink and brown. I got married at Christmas so mine was red and silver.
Pink and brown is very big right now, and it can be lovely! I'm so glad you didn't do red and green for yours: cliche! Red and silver sounds fabulous;)
this past summer my daughter did citrus colors, it was very festive. I have tons of pictures on my blog if you search "wedding" you can see them. I also made her wedding dress. I love the yellow and gray idea. Very fresh.

I personally loathe bright yellow and grey is just too drab. Together it's too bumblebee-like for my liking...but that's just me. I prefer more classic colours for weddings, as I find trendy weddings just that - trendy.
